1. Eligibility:   This sweepstakes for a Robert Glasper — Black Radio III Supreme Edition 3LP Colored Vinyl (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individuals worldwide who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited, restricted, or where registration, bonding, or local legal requirements would apply. Entrants must have a valid email address and internet access. Proof of age, identity, and residency may be required prior to prize fulfillment. Employees, officers, and directors of Areya Media, Inc. (“Areya”) and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies, as well as individuals involved in the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean individuals who share the same residence for at least three (3) months per year, whether related or not. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Areya, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Areya reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant from any jurisdiction where the Sweepstakes would be prohibited by law or would require additional registration, licensing, or compliance measures not undertaken by Areya. The Sweepstakes is intended to comply with applicable laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
2. Sponsor: Areya Media, Inc., located at 285 North 6th St., Brooklyn, NY 11211.
3. Prizes: 5 winners (each, a “Winner”) will receive a prize of one (1) Robert Glasper — Black Radio III Supreme Edition 3LP Colored Vinyl. The use and redemption of the Ticket by the Winner may be subject to additional terms and conditions set by Loma Vista. Limit of one (1) prize per Winner. The prizes are awarded as is. No cash equivalent for the prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except that Areya reserves the right to substitute the listed prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees (if any) associated with prize receipt and/or use. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Prizes will be awarded only if the Winners fully comply with these Rules. Approximate retail value of each Gift is $45.00. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $225.00.
4. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins May 28 2026 at 03:00 PM EST and end on June 5, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”).
5. How to Enter: Beginning on the Start Date, persons desiring to enter the Sweepstakes may enter through signing up by submitting their email through the landing page linked here. Upon completion of this step (the “Entry”), such person will be entered into the Sweepstakes for a chance to win and considered an Entrant.  There is no cost to enter. All Entries must be received by the end dates and times above to be eligible. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means or practices, or by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Joint entries are not accepted. Entrants are not permitted to use another person’s identity to enter the Sweepstakes.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, you are confirming that you have read and agree to comply with these Rules and all other Sweepstakes requirements.   Areya, in its sole discretion, may disqualify your Entry for any reason, including if it determines that your Entry fails to conform to these Rules in any way or otherwise contains unacceptable content.
6. Limit. Limit of one (1) Entry per person during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.  Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. You may only use one (1) email address to enter this Sweepstakes.
7. Winner Determination and Notification: Approximately one (1) week after the end of Sweepstakes Entry Period, Areya will conduct a drawing to select:  Five (5) entries for Giveaway vinyl of all valid Entries received (each selected Entrant, a “Potential Winner”). POTENTIAL WINNERS WILL BE CONTACTED VIA EMAIL FROM AREYA AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESPOND WITHIN twelve (12) HOURS OF WHEN THE NOTIFICATION WAS SENT. Potential Winners must follow the initial prize claim instructions and any subsequent claim instructions, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Failure to respond within twelve (12) hours from the time Areya sent the notification will result in disqualification. Areya’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of Potential Winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
8. Verification of Potential Winners: Potential Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where appropriate and permitted by law) (collectively, the “Release”) by the date specified by Areya, or an alternate Potential Winner may be selected. In the event: (a) Potential Winner cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted or the Potential Winner notification or Release is returned as undeliverable; (b) Potential Winner declines or cannot accept, receive or use the prize for any reason;  (c) Potential Winner is found to be ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or receive a prize, (e) Potential Winner cannot or does not comply with the Rules, or (f) Potential Winner fails to fulfill the Release-related obligations, the Potential Winner shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and an alternate Potential Winner may be selected, at Areya’s sole discretion, from among the other eligible Entries received. Areya reserves the right to modify the notification and Release procedures in connection with the selection of alternate Potential Winner, if any.
9. Privacy: When you enter the Sweepstakes, Areya may collect personally identifying information about you, including your name, email address. Your information will not be sold or rented to third parties. Incomplete Entries are void. 10. Indemnification: Each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Rules and the decisions of Areya which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) defend, indemnify, release and hold harmless Areya and its respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, celebrities, and any other person and organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to (i) breach of the representations and warranties hereunder, (ii) negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property arising out of or relating to a participant’s Entry, creation of an entry or submission of an Entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, attendance at, defect in, delivery of, inability to use, use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Entry. Winner acknowledges that all prizes are awarded as-is without warranty of any kind.
11. General Conditions: Areya and its subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, “Areya”) shall not have any obligation or responsibility, including any responsibility to award any prize to Entrants, with regard to: (a) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with or violate the Rules; (b) Entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged, undelivered or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to mechanical, electronic, computer, human or technical error of any kind, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; (c) Entrants who have committed fraud or deception in entering or participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming the prize; (d) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, including without limitation lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions; (e) any inability of the Winner to accept the prize for any reason; (f) if a prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond Areya’s reasonable control; or (g) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or any promotion or prize related activities. Released Parties (defined below) are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. 

Areya reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or with any website promoting the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of these Rules; or (c) entering or attempting to enter the Sweepstakes multiple times through the use of any robotic or automated devices to submit entries. If Areya determines, in its sole discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the integrity or viability of the Sweepstakes, Areya reserves the right to void the entries at issue, and/or terminate the relevant portion of the Sweepstakes, including the entire Sweepstakes, and/or modify the Sweepstakes and/or award the prizes from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Areya further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention, or any other causes which, in the sole discretion of the Areya, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, proper play or integrity of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation or termination, Areya reserves the right to select the Potential Winner(s) and/or prize level from among all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to date of cancellation or termination using the judging processes detailed herein.

In the event of a dispute regarding entry, Entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email account associated with the Entry and he/she must comply with these Rules.  The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the applicable email provider.  Any potential Winner may be required to provide Areya with proof that such Winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, AREYA WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  

1. Arbitration:  Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that:  (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at a AAA regional office in New York, NY; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages including attorney’s fees or any other damages, other than for entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
2. Releases:  By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release Areya,  and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any prizes (or portion thereof).  
3. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”). By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Instagram and Meta from any and all liability arising from or related to this Sweepstakes. Any information provided by Entrants is provided to Areya Media, Inc. and not to Instagram or Meta.
4. Sweepstakes Results: For a list of Winners (available after the Sweepstakes Entry Period) please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the “Robert Glasper — Black Radio III Supreme Edition 3LP Colored Vinyl” - Winner List, c/o Areya Media, Inc., located at 285 North 6th St., Brooklyn, NY 11211. Queries must be postmarked no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
