First time customer. Product was ordered for Christmas. Ordered about a week before Christmas with 2 day shipping. Received it a week after Christmas. Asked to cancel before it shipped and was told it was nothing they could do Eventhough I paid for 2 day shipping.
Love the image but for the cost of the hoodie, it should be better quality. I’ve only worn it twice and it’s already pilly and seems frayed.
